BioIt hasn't been easy for me to put my health first. I don't think it is easy for many people. So this is a public journal focused entirely on reaching my health goals.
I created this journal to put that little bit of extra pressure on myself by knowing that someone is following me, supporting me, and hopefully picking up a little bit of inspiration for themselves!
As someone who is open about having Type 1 bipolar disorder, it is very important for me to take very good care of myself. It will improve the overall quality of my life and keep my moods stable.
